According to  Gartner's Integrated Workplace Management Takes Hold in 2003 , by 2006, 50 percent of the Global 2000 companies will adopt highly mobile work styles and the knowledge workforce will work "outside the wall" of its formal workplace.

Federal Managers know about Public Law 106-346.Section 359, as interpreted by OPM's memorandum to agencies, (2/9/2001). This law provides that telework requirements must be applied, within four years, to 100% of the the Federal workforce. Telework Centers are the easiest way to comply with this legislation.
